1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SaveTheSystem ("Service", "Platform"), available at savethesystem.site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Pro Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

SaveTheSystem Pro is a monthly recurring subscription service ($1 USD or equivalent local currency / ₹89 per billing cycle) providing full access to advanced distributed systems simulation scenarios, architecture telemetry, and cloud progress synchronization.

• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews every month until explicitly cancelled by you via your Account Settings.
• Pre-Debit Transparency: In accordance with RBI and global payment standards, you will receive payment receipts and notifications regarding your subscription lifecycle.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current paid billing period.

3. User Conduct & Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer the simulation engine, scrape scenario incident answers, or execute automated attacks against our API infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, simulation models, failure events, graphics, and architectural logic provided within SaveTheSystem are the intellectual property of SaveTheSystem and protected under copyright and trademark laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The simulations are provided for educational and interview preparation purposes "as is" without warranty of any kind. SaveTheSystem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
